Hi, I’m Trudi – a certified veterinary nurse with over 20 years of experience in the veterinary industry and a lifelong love for animals. My passion for nursing naturally led me to running Puppy Preschools, where I discovered a deep interest in dog behaviour, especially in those all-important early months.

With a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training, I bring both professional expertise and a whole lot of heart to every class. I’ve been running Puppy Preschools for nearly as long as I’ve been nursing, helping puppies grow into confident, well-mannered, happy dogs — and helping their humans feel supported every step of the way.

Puppy Preschool is more than just cute playtime (though there’s plenty of that too!). It’s a safe, positive environment where pups learn vital social skills, good manners, and how to build confidence. It’s also where owners gain the knowledge and tools to guide their growing puppy with confidence and care.
